Shown below (in no particular order) are a few of the highlights of over 30 years of award winning restorations
ferrari 250 GT This 1955 Ferrari 250 GT Europa, after a complete Concours restoration was shown at the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic XVII at the end of January. The car took 3 awards at the show. It won the "Jet Aviation Cup" for the most deserving Ferrari, the "Palm Beach Cup" most elegant and the "First in Class - Platinum" for the finest Ferrari in its class. We want to congratulate Bob & Marianne Anderson for a fine showing of this beautiful car that we enjoyed restoring. The spectacular 1911 Alpena Flyer on the right, owned by Ron Winter, won 2nd in its class at the Concours d' Elegance of America in Plymouth, Michigan. The car will then reside at the Alpena Michigan museum. It is the only restored Alpena in existance. 1911 Alpena Flyer
Healey Silverstone On the left, the 1950 Healey Silverstone, owned by Dave and Kathryn Hans, took a" 1st Place" in 2006 at both Concours d' Elegance shows in Milwaukee at the Masterpiece and at Meadowbrook, Auburn Hills, Michigan. It also took "Best in Class" at the Barrington, Il Legends & Legacies Concours d' Elegance. The 1932 Packard on the right, at it's first show, won a "Blue Ribbon Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook, Michigan. It has won both it's AACA "First Place Junior and SeniorAwards" and a "First Place in Class Award" at a CCCA Show. Packard 1932
Lincoln Continental The 1941 Lincoln Continental on the left, won a "Best in Class Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook, Michigan, a "Best of Show" at the Lincoln Continental Owners Club Show, "Junior & Senior Awards" at AACA Shows. The 1947 Delahaye on the right won a "Blue Ribbon Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours, CA. Delahaye
Ford 1941 The 1941 Ford on the left won a "Dearborn Award" and a "Bob Dale Memorial Best 1941 Ford Award" at the Early Ford V8 Grand National Show. It also won it's AACA Junior and Senior awards. The 1964 Porsche Cabriolet on the right won a "Blue Ribbon Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook, MI. Porsche
Jaguar sallon The 1947 Jaguar Saloon on the left won "Best of Class Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook, Michigan and "Junior & Senior Awards" at both AACA and CCCA Shows. The 1950 MGTD on the right won a "First Place" at the British Union Show in Palos Heights, IL. The MGTD was also featured as the cover car for a well known British calender. MGTD
Ford Tudor The 1937Ford two door Sedan on the left won a "Dearborn Award" at the Early Ford V8 Grand National Show. It has also won it's AACA "Junior & Senior Awards". The 1929 Model A Sports Coupe on the right won the "MARC Award" at the Model A Restorers Club (M.A.R.C.) Show. Model A sports coupe
austin healey The 1955 Austin Healey on the left won "First in Class" and "People's Choice Award" at the British Union Car Show in Illinois. The 1986 Z28 Camaro on the right won a "Gold and Silver Medal" at the Chicago Chevy Vettefest. Z28 Camaro
Mercury Monterey The 1954 Mercury Monterey on the left, at it's first showing, won "Best of Show Junior Award" at the Ford Motor Co.'s 100th Birthday Show and a "Blue Ribbon" at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook in Michigan. The summer of 2006 this Mercury won a 1st place and it's Junior award at an AACA meet in Rockford. It also won a 2nd place at Geneva, IL Concours d' Elegance. It won it's AACA Junior and Senior awards in Dearborn Michigan. The 1937 Austin 7 Nippy on the right, owned by Bob & Marianne Anderson, at it's first showing, won a "First Place in Class Award" at the Concours d' Elegance at Pebble Beach, CA. The summer of 2006 this Nippy took a blue ribbon at the Masterpiece Concours d' Elegance in Milwaukee, WI and "First in Class" at the Barrington, IL Legends & Legacies Concours d' Elegance. allard J2 The 1950 Allard J2 on the left, owned by Dave and Kathryn Hans, at it's first showing, won a first in its class at the Concours d' Elegance at Meadowbrook Michigan. The Allard also won a first in class 2014 at the Concours d' Elegance of America in Plymouth, Michigan. The 1900 Mobile shown on the right won 1st place in its historical preservation class at Geneva IL Concours de Elegance show and a blue ribbon at Cranbrook, MI Concours d' Elegance. It also won its preservation award at te Milwaukee Concours d' Elegance. 1900 Mobile stanhope steamer
El Camino This 1984 El Camino won a Silver Award at the Chevy Vette Fest show. The 1931 Ford 5 window coupe streetrod on the right has a cadillac engine and has won many awards from 1965 through 1973 at various shows at Navy Pier and the Ampitheatre in Chicago. In 1971 it won the People's choice award at the Milwaukee World of Wheels. Ford Hotrod
1931 Packard This 1931 Packard won the prestigious Carl Benz Class Award at the Geneva Concours D' Elegnce in Geneva Illinois. It is truly a spectacular car. The 1950 Muntz Jet, owned by Dave and Kathryn Hans, shown on the right on it's first outing, won the award for best paint for the entire Concours d' Elegance of America in Plymouth Michigan. The Muntz also took Best in Show at the Concours d' Elegance in Michigan for 2014. The Muntz took best in class and best finish at the Milwaukee Concours d' Elegance. 1950 Muntz Jet
1958 Edsel Congratulations to owner Mr. Frank Villacci and the staff of Restorations Unlimited for the win of the Carl Benz Award for "Best in Class" with his 1958 Edsel Pacer convertible at the 2016 Geneva, Illinois Concours D' Elegance. The Sunbeam Tiger (picture on the right) owned by Dale Anderson just won its first award in 2019 at the Tiger East/Alpine East Concours in La Crosse, WI.
